Adam and Chris showed up for their first charter a month ago. We headed out into dense fog and it kept getting thicker. That accompanied by an autopilot malfunction turned us around and we headed back to port. They had come from Southern Ohio and disappointment turned into an awesome day for them at Cedar Point. I offered to refund their deposit but they said they would rather reschedule. Well, Friday was the rescheduled date and it happened to be the day after I put a new set of props on Noah’s Ark. We headed out, the boat ran great and as soon as we put the rods in the water the bite was on! We landed a boat limit of 18 and all the fish have seemed to grow another 2 inches since May. All were between 18 and 22 inches with a 29 inch 10 lbs. Fish Ohio as a bonus. Better to be lucky than good.
